Overview
Reviewbah.com is a platform where consumers can leave insightful, honest reviews of local merchants, building trust and transparency between local sellers and consumers.
In this project I was tasked to give its website a new, consistent visual look for it to establish a solid online presence.
Why The Redesign
Outdated design
& not addressing
user needs
Mr. Poong (Founder) needed the website to undergo a visual makeover for the following reasons:
1. Outdated design and difficult to use
2. Users aren't able to write/post reviews
As a UIUX designer I worked in a team of 4 (1 full-stack, 2 front-ends and me) with me leading the visual and user experience design for the project.
The Solution
Streamline the website to raise awareness of the Reviewbah brand and its services and advantages while providing positive user experience

Information Architecture
Reorganizing the website navigation with a user-centric approach
With a user-centric approach I reorganized the website structure to make all pages flow more cohesive and intuitive for the users.
Wireframes
Establishing a clear objective on the layout design for users to navigate intuitively
After a few discussions with my team members, I iterated the lo-fi the wireframes to suit the decisions being made on the website.
Rebranding
Rebranding Reviewbah to convey the message of fun and trustworthiness
I rebranded and created a style guide for Reviewbah to be used consistently across the platform.

Reflections & Lessons Learned
What I've learned during this project
1. Having mutual understandings with developers. I've realised it's important to ask questions about whether the ideas or opinion I come up with are feasible for developers to work on.
2. Having a style guide prepared is a great help. The style guide has created during my time working ont he project and it's tremendously helped me in creating consistent visual design.
3. Always be user-centric. Shorten the amount of time or steps for users to achieve their goals is necessary for them to not ever feeling frustrated when browsing our website.
